BATTLETOADS AND DOUBLE DRAGON

Extra lives:
After you have chosen your character, press Up, A, A all at the
same time, then press Start to begin the game. You should have
five lives instead of three.

Level select and 10 lives:
On the Player Select Screen, press on controller 1 Down, Up, Up, 
Down, A, B, B, A.
