Stage select:
To be able to select any stage, enter DDFFI on the password
selection screen.

Stage select: 
Enter the code EECJJ. Select one or two player continue. Now,
using A and B, choose your level from 1 to 112.

Second ending:
Enter the code EECFG and kill the boss.

Pick a level:
EECJJ = Level 112
EECFG = Level 112 in SUPER BUBBLE BOBBLE MODE!
If you enter 1 of these two codes you can pick any level by pressing
the A or B buttons, cool eh?
