Stage Select:
Play 1 game; select CONTINUE, then press Right, Left, A, B,
Up Down, on controller 2. Hold A & SELECT on controller 1

While on the titlescreen, use controller 2 to enter this
sequence - Left, Left, Left, B, B, B, A, A, A, Right and Start.
You've now exposed all the hidden ladders.
