Mega points:
On some screen you will be rampaging near a river. A tank will
come across at one time or another and attempt to drive through 
the river. Move to the opposite side the tank came from. While
the tank is under water, punch it again and again. If you punch
fast enough you can sit and watch you points go hiher and higher.
